When you place an order with us then we get to bring it all together! The Head Honchos: Lucy and Lee or Heather, our Goblin Assistant, carefully collects the items (following any personalisation of course) and sets to building your unique product.
We then send it out with our most trusted courier Kobolds to ensure it is delivered swift as a displacer beast. If you do happen to have any problems, our trusty Chief Dice Goblin Jess is a message away to handle anything!
